Oooh, I just realized you can see a neighbor's magnolia tree in the background:
Here's some linaria I bought impulsively when I bought the pansies--I'll bring them in tonight.
I did a lot of painting today and listed a few things on Etsy and eBay. I had a strange dream the other night about a dead artist and his widow, who had a huge, pale green moon (with sad eyes) for a face. She was standing in front of a HUGE painting of a medieval hunting scene in a snowy wood, and sighing because she hated the painting so much. Anyway, I painted a little ACEO of the moon-faced girl and it'll go up on eBay tonight.

Here's a link to my eBay page, but it won't be viewable until after 8 pm central time.

I remember the winter of 1977-78. I was in Amarillo. It snowed on May 1. That was the last winter I spent in Amarillo.
I love the moon faced girl. How is "Plague" coming?
Wow--that's REALLY late in the season for snow. Yikes.
I haven't touched "Plague" in a couple of weeks. I like to tell myself I'm gearing up for another go round--but I'm afraid the fact is I just don't want to work on it right now. Isn't that awful? Sometimes I feel like I'm neglecting a child when a painting just sits and SITS and doesn't get any attention.
I thought I signed my name to the earlier post. Sorry! You are just a bad mommy ignoring "Plague" like that. How about the shipwreck painting? I loved "Bereft", but I see it is gone. Did it sell?

That's funny--I thought you did too. I know I saw your name in the comment moderation page. weird. Anyway, "Bereft" did sell a few weeks ago at the Blue gallery. The shipwreck painting is in the same state as "Plague", which is to say it's being neglected, too. I AM a bad mommy.
OMG I love that little moon girl
